Kathryn Mayne is a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach and Accredited Menopause Coach Specialist who helps midlife women improve metabolic health and feel confident in their bodies. She blends science with strategy, behaviour change tools, and practical solutions—plus a dose of fun—to turn knowledge into lasting, real-life results.
Health & Nutrition Coach
Rod Navajas holds degrees in Sports & Exercise Science and Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine), and is completing a Master’s in Human Nutrition. With 20 years of experience, he’s worked with professional and Olympic athletes, and is currently involved in research on protein intake in adults. Rod has also learned directly from leaders like Dr. Stuart McGill and Coach Charles Poliquin.
